During the Assessment Center / Development Center sessions, the competencies evaluated are the knowledge, skills, and attitudes necessary for effective performance in a specific professional role. We conduct similar projects with the aim of identifying individuals who will most effectively handle the assigned responsibilities in the current business conditions.
The selection of competencies to be assessed is discussed in detail with the Client at the beginning of the project. Each competency is broken down into detailed indicators, and after the Assessment Center / Development Center session, it is evaluated on a five-point scale, in accordance with the observations recorded in the assessment scales. At the start of the project, the desired level of development for each competency in the specific position is also agreed upon with the Client, which allows for a comparison of the results obtained by a particular candidate with the Client's expectations.
