For our Client, leading global manufacturer of precision instruments, we are looking for the candidate for the position of:
Telesales Representative with Czech/Slovak language
(Warsaw)
Role: Tele Sales Representative will work as part of a Telesales Team based in Warsaw and will be responsible for increasing sales of Industrial products for Czech and Slovak market.
Responsibilities:
- Proactive sales of products (B2B client) via phone and electronic media, using professional selling skills
- Management of inbound demands (leads) from dedicated accounts
- Tracking and following up on the leads, preparing offers, project execution actions
- Application and technical advisory for the clients
- Accurate management and recording of data generated from CRM, Outlook or spreadsheets
- Tracking and preparation of tenders
- Development of general and technical knowledge regarding company product lines and service offerings
Position requirements:
- Proficiency in Czech, written and spoken is a must (very good knowledge of Slovak language will be an additional asset)
- Very good level of English
- Bachelor's degree (preferably technical specialization) or sales experience in a B2B environment
- Sales personality with a strong target-driven attitude
- Strong interpersonal and relationship skills
- Experience using Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Experience using CRM tools will be an assetOur
