GENERAL MANAGER
Field of duty:
- Overall lead of the company concerning sales, business economics and production
- Personnel management (120 employees)
- Expansion of the market position through/by active sales
- Coordination of sales regarding market positioning and business expansion
- Development of product portfolio
- Responsibility for pricing, controlling and annual budget/balance sheet
- Close cooperation with headquarters

Education: Commercial education (ideally in combination with agricultural education)
Experience (endurance, branch): Experience in the sector of agriculture, leadership/management, sales and experience in business/economically issues
