For our Client, leading global manufacturer of precision instruments, we are looking for:
Business Process Improvement Manager
location: Warsaw
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain policies and methodologies related to Continuous Improvement within Department of Customer Operations
- Create and maintain database with improvement ideas and improvement projects to enable tracking the innovative ideas and calculating savings
- Prepare, organize and execute Lean/ Six Sigma trainings
- Facilitate Kaizens
- Identify areas of improvement, present trends and conclusions to management team
- Recommend solutions to improve productivity and achieve more efficient results
- Monitor process performance and improvements in key metrics
- Identify, plan and implement key projects to improve quality, reduce cost, increase productivity
- Report productivity gains in line with the global guidelines
- Lead, develop, and implement process changes to support the growing potential of the company
Position Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in leading Continuous Improvement projects and process optimization in BPO/SSC
- Knowledge of Kaizen, Lean and Six Sigma methodologies and strong performance management skills (Master Black Belt certification would be an advantage)
- Economy or Business Administration Master Degree
- Very good written and spoken English
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- High level of problem identification, analysis and formulation of conceptual, technical and business solutions
- Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
- Flair for data and systems.
